ServSafe Certificate Mar 30, 2015
The Center for Lifelong Learning is now offering the ServSafe Food Protection Manager Certificate. This certificate is recommended for all food service managers, kitchen managers, owners, operators, F&B directors, chefs, line cooks, dietary managers, and other who need food safety training and certification.
This course meets the Certified Food Safety Manager state requirement. The course is designed to provide participants with viable information on potentially hazardous foods and safe food handling practices and much more.
The fee is $175/person which includes textbook and exam. Register before September 22 and save $10.
