Welcome to Athens State University Policies and Procedures webpage.  This site has been designed to make policy and procedure information widely accessible to students, faculty, staff, and visitors. 

As set forth in the University Policy Making and Approval Process, University policies are further categorized as Academic Policies, Administrative Policies, Faculty Governance Policies, and Operational Policies.  Each policy is assigned a unique control number that identifies the office of record with responsibility for developing, updating, and interpreting the policy.  The site also includes policies from the State Board of Education applicable to all institutions in the Alabama Community College System.
