ISO 14000
This course is aimed at companies involved in implementing an ISO 14000 Environment Management Systems (EMS). Through a review of the background and development of the standard along with in-depth analysis of it's components, participates will learn how to interpret ISO 14000, develop an ISO 14000 implementation plan and prepare ISO documentation which is compliant with the standard.
ISO Internal Auditor
This internal auditor course is designed for personnel involved in internal auditing activities of a Quality Management System. Through analysis as well as management auditing principles, the course will teach participants to function as effective Internal QMS Auditors and to interpret the technical specification from an auditor's perspective. Case studies are used throughout the course to provide examples and to highlight the auditing function as a continuous improvement tool.
TS16949
The objective of this course is to help employees understand how TS 16949 relates to their workplace. Participants will learn the history of ISO/TS 16949 reasons to implement the system; required resources, steps to registration; and the various levels of Quality System Documentation. They will be exposed to each of the elements applicable to their environment.
Principles of Lean Manufacturing
This course provides a concise introduction to the principles of this powerful tool, and includes thought-provoking class discussion and hands-on simulations. You'll learn about the fundamentals of Lean Manufacturing—visual controls, setup reduction, batch size reduction, and others that will facilitate your successful move from traditional mass production to the process of Lean Manufacturing.
Lean Office
This course will provide an understanding of the characteristics and benefits of a Lean office vs. a traditional office environment, and participants will learn how to categorize value added vs. non-value added activities in an office environment and learn ways to eliminate waste. This means that even with a "lean" shop floor atmosphere, a traditional functional office environment can serve as a bottleneck for responding to customers. This course features a hands-on simulated office environment where participants will experience the benefits of Lean Office principles, such as meeting quality, cost, delivery and service targets, by applying the lecture concepts and measuring the impact.
OSHA/Safety/Ergonomics
This course is design to give the student an understanding of the 29 part 1910, General Industry Standards. This course will utilize these standards as a guideline for instruction.
Total Productive Maintenance
TPM is a productivity maintenance improvement methodology designed to maximize equipment efficiency. TPM increases overall equipment effectiveness and how it can help avoid interruptions to production. This course includes 16 hours of training. The first 8 hours will be classroom activities, covering process of upgrading equipment to prevent unscheduled downtime. The second 8 hours will be conducted on the shop floor going through exercises and reviewing key points. The class features a hands-on simulation using equipment where participants will experience the benefits of TPM by applying the lecture concepts and measuring the impact. Next, how to schedule equipment down and conduct preventative maintenance analysis and repairs. The benefits of this course are to improve equipment uptime, improve productivity, improve quality, create continuous improvement process, promote teamwork, and provide job enrichment.

Microsoft Word
The Word level I Course Introduces you to the basic features and functions of Microsoft Word. You will learn how to use Word's powerful formatting capabilities while learning to create letters, memos, reports, and flyers.
The Word level II expands on the basic features and functions of Microsoft Word. You will learn how to use Word's powerful formatting capabilities while creating resumes, personalized letterheads, a newsletter, employee manual and mass mailing.
Microsoft Excel
Microsoft Excel I is an introduction to spreadsheet management using Microsoft Excel. This course introduces the interface, creating a workbook and performing calculations. This course also covers formatting, filters, and consolidating data from multiple sources. Finally, sorting, filtering and data summarization is also covered.
Microsoft Excel II covers more advanced operations and functions of Excel. Topics in this course include lists and pivot tables, charting, printing worksheets, macros and collaborating with other Microsoft Office programs. Some attention is also spent working with databases, publishing spreadsheets for use on the web, and collaboration.
Microsoft Access
Microsoft Access I is an introduction to databases using Microsoft Access. This course introduces the interface, basic database terms and designs. Students learn to create tables, run reports and queries on data. Also, information is given on how to enter data directly into the database using forms. Some filtering techniques are also covered. Microsoft Access II topics included more advanced and include data integrity, reporting, sharing a database with others and keeping your data secure. Emphasis is also given to creating web page from the database and posting it to the web.
Microsoft PowerPoint
This program is used to create presentations. In Microsoft PowerPoint I, you select slide types, add and rearrange bullets, create and enhance simple drawing, insert clip art, create word art, create organizational charts, and plan and organize your slide show for maximum effectiveness. All students should be a Windows user or have completed the Beginning Windows class. Level II is a program used to extend your knowledge and work with design templates, custom animations, and techniques for delivering presentation, web presentations, and presentation broadcasting.
Microsoft Publisher
Learn how to create effective, high impact publications and Web sites with Publisher. You can turn your ideas into professional-looking publications in print and online.
Microsoft Outlook
A basic knowledge of the windows operating system is required. You will learn to create, send and respond to electronic mail; categorize, and edit contacts; use the calendar to create appointments and event schedules.
Microsoft Project
The project software sets up situations and examples that will best showcase the features and functionality of this program. Students should have some project management experience and be familiar with terms such as Gnatt Chart, task, critical path, resource, computer memory, data files, and program files. Assign resources and their work schedules to tasks. Resolve time and resource conflicts. Effectively use the different views, reports, and drawing tools available in Microsoft Project. Sort and filter project information effectively.

Lectora is easy-to-use authoring software. Lectora can help create web pages, assessments, and learning portfolios. Lectora features a helpful set of automated tools to ensure speed, efficiency, and accuracy for course authoring. Featured tools include the Title Wizard, Button Wizard, HTML Error Check, Spell Check, Variable Manager, Table of Contents, and Reference Lists. Lectora Publisher provides single-click publishing to web-ready dynamic HTML, CD, single file, .exe, and SCORM.
Dreamweaver MX
Dreamweaver is a web-authoring tool with lots of features for the professional webmaster. It is quickly becoming the standard in the web design industry. It provides a user friendly interface and various functions to allow for professional and crisp web site creation. All of the topics covered in the course are backgrounds, cascading style sheets, interface, HTML, site control, forms, basics, behaviors, linking, working with Fireworks, typography, automation, tales, templates/libraries, layout, accessibility, frames, plug-ins, rollovers, and getting it online.
Flash MX
Flash is responsible for most sites on the web today which have interactive video or movies or animation. This course is designed to give the student a good grounding in web animation and design. This course begins at the very basics of animation and progresses into the complex. Topics covered in this course are interface, using the drawing and color tools, animation basics, shape tweening, symbols and instances, motion tweening and timeline effects, bitmaps, buttons movie clips, ActionScript basics and behaviors, working with text, sound, components and forms, video, publishing & exporting, putting it all together, and integration.
Adobe Photoshop CS
Photoshop is an imaging software application which is part of the Creative Suites from Adobe. It allows for professional editing of various bitmaps. Images can be used for print or for the web.
Adobe Illustrator CS
Illustrator allows for creating shapes, manipulating them, and developing professional graphics and publications suitable for print or for the web. This course covers all the topics listed to the right in the course outline. This course covers getting to know the work area, selection basics, creating basic shapes, drawing with the pen tool, painting, applying transparency and blending modes, working with layers, transforming objects, working with placement and order of objects, applying appearance attributes, styles, and effects, working with type, blending shapes and colors, working with symbols, working with brushes and scribbles, creating airbrush effects, using the 3D effect, printing artwork and producing color preparations, combining Illustrator graphics and Photoshop images, and creating a web publication.
