IF YOU WITHDRAW...written notification of withdrawal is required. WITHDRAWAL MAY BE MADE:
(1) in person
(2) by mail
(3) by fax
(4) by sending an email to drop.admissions@athens.edu .

Please be sure that you carbon copy your instructor's email address in the "CC" box. Please include the following information in your withdrawal request:
(1) Student Name
(2) Student ID Number
(3) Term From Which You Are Dropping or Withdrawing
(4) Course Number and Abbreviation and also CRN (Course Reference Number) of the course(s) that you are withdrawing or dropping from.
(5) Instructor(s) Email Address placed in the "CC" Box

Please note the last day to withdraw in the schedule.

NO WITHDRAWALS will be processed after this date.
