- Help Desk Services: The Help Desk is your one-stop shop for answers to your technology problems at Athens State University. If our Help Desk technicians cannot immediately answer your questions, they will put you in touch with the appropriate individual.
- Training Services: ATS offers various training and development opportunities for Athens State University stakeholders. Training sessions can cover any topic and stakeholders are encouraged to request trainings that would be beneficial.
- Course Services: ATS uses an instructional designer to review volunteered courses and offer suggestions on course improvement. Additionally, ATS compiles information for faculty such as quality improvement rubrics and best practices documents.
- Audiovisual Services: ATS offers limited audiovisual services and classroom support services. In addition to audiovisual services, ATS has equipment that is available for checkout by faculty and university stakeholders.
