  • Are you looking for a particular major? What type of skills/expertise are you seeking?
  • What level is the position? Is it full time, part time, or an internship position? Is it entry-level or would it require an advanced degree and/ or previous work experience?
  • How many individuals do you need to hire? When do you need for them to start?
Post your Job Opportunities - Athenian Jobs
You can post your position online to reach targeted candidates. Posting your job is free and the most effective way to reach students and alumni in various colleges and departments. Register for an Athenian Jobs account. Athenian Jobs empowers you to post your positions, register for career fairs, hold interviews at Athens State University or participate in activities.

A Powerful Recruiting Tool
Athenian Jobs enables you to post your available opportunities (full-time, part-time, internship, co-op, volunteer, etc.), participate in campus activities (on-campus interviews, information sessions, career fairs and workshops), network with students and enhance your campus brand.

Most of our services are offered through Athenian Jobs (a Simplicity/NACELink system). Use Athenian Jobs to streamline your recruiting efforts.

You can also use Athenian Jobs to register for any of our career fairs. We have a variety of fairs that will meet any recruiting need. To register, log in to Athenian Jobs, click on "events”.

Establish Campus Relationships
Building relationships with students, faculty and staff can help you build greater visibility and generate positive hiring outcomes. Consider participating in career fairs, on-campus interviews, information sessions, and career development workshops. You may also sponsor university activities, as well as, make presentations to student organizations, groups of faculty and classes. The Career Development Center at Athens State University can help you plan and coordinate your activities.
