Step 2 - Log in. Step 3 - Click on Student Services and Financial Aid. Step 4 - Click on Request for Internship (ED Students). Step 5 - Select term. Step 6 - Fill in form. Step 7 - Click submit. (Pending indicates that the request was submitted correctly.)     .
