Report Final Grades

1. From the Athens website select “ASU Online”

2. Enter User ID (8-digit number)

3. Enter password (6-digit number [originally birth date mmddyy])

4. Select “Faculty Services”

5. Select “Final Grades”

6. Select the semester/year for which you are reporting

7. Select the class and click “submit”

8. Enter Grades

Report COE state standards

1. Follow above directions through 1-3

2. Select “Education Requirements Assessment”

3. Select the semester/year for which you are reporting (for example Summer 08 = 200830; Fall 09 = 200910)

4. Select the class and click “submit”

5. Select the student and click “submit”

6. Using drop down menus to select grade at which standard was met (5=A; 4=B; 3=C; 2=D; 1=F) then select “submit”

7. Select the next student and cont.

Complete a survey

1. Follow above directions through 1-3

2. Select the survey title

3. Complete survey

View student transcripts

1. Follow above directions through 1-3

2. Select the “Student information menu”

3. Select “Academic transcripts”

4. Enter student ID or last and first name and click “submit”

5. Select the student and click “submit”

6. Select “Display transcript”

Locate student information

1. Follow above directions through 1-4

2. Select one of the following:

             * View student address & phones

             * View student email address

3. Enter student ID or last and first name and click “submit”

4. Select the student and click “submit”

Update your personal information

1. From the Athens website select “ASU Online”

2. Enter User ID (8-digit number)

3. Enter password (6-digit number [originally birth date mmddyy])

4. Select personal information

5. Select the category you wish to update
