ARI (Alabama Reading Initiative) Training is now a component of the following classes:

• ER 323 for Elementary, Early Childhood, and Collaborative Majors
• HP 444 for Physical Education majors
• SC 333 for Secondary majors

Field Experience Announcements

Spring Semester 2012

November 29-January 13- Window opens for students to submit online Request for Field Experience.
(Placements will be posted as requests are processed.)

January 13-Due date to submit an online Request for Field Experience
(Late requests must be cleared by Mike Heatherly, Field Experience Coordinator, at field.experience@athens.edu.)

February 6 –March 2 – Time frame for students to complete their required days of Field Experience (4 week period)

March 9 – Deadline to submit Field Experience Verification Form into LiveText

Summer Semester 2012

March 28 – May 30 – Window opens for students to submit online Request for Field Experience.
(Placements will be posted as requests are processed.)

May 30 – Due date to submit an online Request for Field Experience
(Late requests must be cleared by Mike Heatherly, Field Experience Coordinator, at field.experience@athens.edu.)

June 11 – June 29 – Time frame for students to complete their required days of Field Experience (3 week period)
