Space Available:

Registration covers a Display Table with a space approximately 8'x 8', including a covered table and chairs. The display area is a large, "high-traffic" area open to students and people in the community throughout the day.

Registration:

The basic registration fee of $225 includes table set-up, meals, breaks, signs, and materials for one person.
(Save $75 - Early Bird registration $150 if you register by December 4.) There is a $25 charge for each additional representative at the same table. Additional registration packets (including materials and meal tickets) may be purchased on the day of NACPED for $25. The cost for electrical hook-ups is $20 per outlet. Parking at the Von Braun Center on the day of the event is $5 - CASH ONLY.

Please complete the NACPED Registration Form no later than January 22nd, 2010. Call (256) 233-8285 if you do not receive a confirmation letter. NO REFUNDS will be issued for cancellations made after this date.

Organizations with outstanding NACPED bills must settle those accounts before registering.

If space is available, late registrations will be accepted after January 22nd. The late registration fee is $275.00.

NACPED is again partnering with The Publishing Group, Inc., to produce a Career Fair Directory that will be disseminated to all participants. If you wish to advertise your organization in the directory, please contact Phil Luttrell at 256/494-1402 or by email at phil@thepublishinggroup.net. All employers who register by January 22nd will be included in the directory.

Hotel Reservations:

A limited number of rooms will be held for NACPED participants at The Embassy Suites Hotel at the special rate of $129 per night, until January 22nd. Each guest will be able to enjoy a complimentary cooked to order breakfast as well as a manager's reception each evening. The hotel is adjacent to the Von Braun Center.
