JLD Application
If you are an Athens State University student seeking part-time or full-time employment while attending college, and have more than two semesters left of coursework before graduation, then you should register in the Job Location and Development (JLD) Program. In this program, you are required to submit a one-page, current résumé along with a completed JLD Application. Your completed application is kept on file for 90 days.

Non-Education Application
If you are within two semesters of completing your coursework, then you are eligible to register in the Professional Job Referral Services. In this program, you are required to submit five (5) one-page, current résumés, as well as a completed Non-Education Referral Job Application. Non-Education Applications are specifically for non-education majors, such as: Human Resources, Computer Science, Physics, Psychology, Business Management, Art, Political Science, English, Math, Biology, and all other majors that do not have an emphasis in education.

Education Application
If you are within two semesters of completing your coursework, then you are eligible to register in the Professional Job Referral Services for Education Majors. In this program, you are required to submit five (5) one-page, current résumés, 3 references (recommendation letters and/or reference forms), an unofficial transcript, as well as a completed Education Referral Job Application. Education Applications are specifically for education majors, such as: Early Childhood Education, Physical Education, Elementary Education, Special Education, Secondary Education, Education-Language Arts, and all other majors that have an emphasis in education.
