Graduate School Information

Graduate and Professional School Information Day
This event is held each October in Huntsville, with over 60 national and southeastern graduate and professional school representatives in attendance. Some national universities who have attended in the past are Auburn, Clemson, Cornell, Harvard, Howard, Loyola, Penn State, Samford, Tulane, UAB, University of Florida, University of Pittsburgh and University of Tennessee. Timetable for applying to Graduate School
It is critical to begin your graduate school preparations as early as August of your senior year. Follow a timeline and always examine each application for deadlines. Writing down the steps on a calendar may help you gain some perspective on the process, and keep you on task. Graduate School Information Faculty Panel
This event is held in the Sandridge Student Center Ballroom. Students have the opportunity to ask individual questions on applying to graduate school. Topics covered include: How to Apply, Financial Aid, Law School/MBA/Education Information, Internet Resources and Testing Requirements.

Graduate Testing
The Miller's Analogies Test (MAT) is administered by appointment on campus; information and registration bulletins on the GMAT, GRE, LSAT and MCAT are available. Call or e-mail Dr. Bob Searcy at 256-233-6540 between 2:30pm - 6:30pm, Monday - Thursday.
