The Curtis Coleman Center of Religious Studies and Ethics will host a concert in honor of the principles that Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. taught and the courageous example he set in the struggle for freedom, justice and equality. This concert will help the Center for Religious Studies and Ethics to highlight the tremendous need for selfless service, generous acts of compassion for the underprivileged and unnoticed in our society and to promote the idea that no one is to be thought of as a “nobody,” and that every human being has dignity, value and worth.
Date: Tuesday, January 30, at 6PM
Location: McCandless Hall Auditorium on Athens State University’s campus at 6PM
Host: The Calhoun Community College Choir and the Curtis Coleman Center of Religious Studies and Ethics
