TEACH Grant Program

The TEACH (Teacher Education Assistance for College and Higher Education) Grant Program is a non-need based program that provides up to $4,000 per year for undergraduate students enrolled in an eligible program at Athens State University and who intend to teach full-time in a high-need subject area for at least four years at schools that serve students from low-income families.

The Teaching service requirement must be met within eight years of completing the college program for which the TEACH Grant was awarded.

         a. Complete the online entrance counseling session for TEACH and the Agreement to Serve (ATS) at              www.teach-ats.ed.gov
         b. Complete the Federal Direct Student Loan Entrance Counseling Online at: www.dl.ed.gov
