Congratulations on your acceptance to Athens State University! We strongly recommend that all new students attend Orientation Day. The program is the perfect time to become acquainted with the university and give you a preview of what to expect your first semester at ASU.

When: Thursday, July 18th
Where: Sandridge Student Center (Ballroom)
There will be morning and afternoon sessions.
Sign-up for the 11:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. session by clicking here.
Sign-up for the 3:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. session by clicking here.

At Orientation Day you can:

Become familiar with campus programs and facilities.
Meet with an academic advisor & register for Fall Semester. (Bring copies of transcripts)
Blackboard and LiveText information
Attend Library information session
Go on a campus tour
Receive your Photo I.D.
Connect with other transfer students
Register for Door Prizes
