Petition for Recognition of a New Student Club/Organization

As specified in the Student Club and Organizations handbook, this form must be completed and submitted to the Director of Student Activities to begin the process of having your organization recognized as an official group at Athens State. Existing organizations will be contacted once per semester to re-certify their groups and/or update rosters.
