We’ve all heard the jokes about what you can do with a degree in English. The reality is that the top jobs for English majors include public relations, marketing, and all facets of communication. Whether you’re an English major or just interested in hearing more, you’re invited to come talk with three of our English alumni about their diverse career paths in teaching, journalism and technical writing. Sigma Tau Delta, the Athens State English Honor Society, is sponsoring “What Can You Do With an English Degree?” on Thursday, March 3, at Kares Library.
