ATS provides support for the use of multimedia technology for campus events. To request support for an event send an email to the Help Desk. In the subject line, please put “Audio Visual Support”. In the body provide the following information:
- First and Last name
- Phone Number
- Event Name
- Date of Event
- Start Time
- End Time
- Equipment needed
The ticket will be forwarded to the appropriate staff member. The staff member will contact you at least 2 working days before the event for details.
The emergency contact for all events is 256-216-6698.
NOTE: The request for audio visual support must be submitted two (2) weeks in advance of the event. While we try to accommodate last minute requests, we do not guarantee that personnel or equipment will be available in these instances
