The Athens State University Receiving Department is here to assure goods are received properly and delivered to the University departments in a safe and expeditious manner. We receive and deliver all parcels and packages shipped to the University
When you receive a shipment, we require your signature or initials. Please write legibly so we can later track the package if needed.
We inspect the majority of the shipments for content and damage before delivering them to you. If there is a problem with your shipment, please contact us.
We can help you resolve problems with your inbound shipment, such as:
- Damaged goods
- Shortages/overages
- Incorrect materials
