RESEARCH INTERESTS

My research interests include animal and plant movement, invasion ecology, and the ecology and conservation of amphibians and reptiles. Much of my research involves the development of computational models to investigate the spatially explicit population dynamics of species of conservation concern.

My current work focuses on understanding the invasion dynamics of Burmese pythons in South Florida using individual-based modeling.
