    Technical Education: Early Instructor Option

    The Bachelor of Science Degree in Technical Education, Early Instructor Program prepares students for careers in education, healthcare, government, business, industry, military, and non-profit sectors. The program combines theory with hands-on experience to equip students for jobs in the field of education of young children.

    Technical Education: Instructional Design Option

    Instructional design is a diverse field with opportunities for individuals in a variety of roles, all centered on the process of creating web-based instruction for education and training environments. Skills in instructional design can make an immediate difference in your career by increasing your marketability in fields related to e-Learning, training, and multimedia instruction in commercial, medical, government, and educational settings.

    Technical Education: Military Instructor Option

    The Bachelor of Science Degree in Technical Education, Military Instructor Program prepares students for careers in education, healthcare, government, business, industry, military, and non-profit sectors. The program combines theory with hands-on experience to equip students for jobs in the field of education and training.

    Program candidates must have military experience, training, or educational credit.

    Technical Education: Post-Secondary Instructor Option

    The Bachelor of Science Degree in Technical Education, Post-Secondary Instructor Program prepares students for careers in workforce development, education, healthcare, government, business, industry, military, and non-profit sectors. The program combines theory with hands-on experience to equip students for jobs in the field of education and training.

    Program candidates must have expertise in a technical field.

    Technical Education: Secondary Instructor Option

    The Bachelor of Science Degree in Technical Education, Secondary Instructor Program leads to a Class B Alabama teaching certificate. The program prepares students for careers in workforce development, high school and post-secondary education, healthcare, government, business, industry, military, and non-profit sectors.

    The program combines theory with hands-on experience to equip students for jobs in the field of education and training.
