After you have been accepted for admission into Athens State University, you will be notified by the Admissions Office via the student’s personal email. The email will contain your student identification number and a temporary PIN number that will be used when registering for courses in your Athens State Online account.
You will also receive a second email through your Athens State University student email account with notification of your faculty advisor, including contact information for your faculty advisor. It is your responsibility to contact your faculty advisor.
If you have made an effort to contact your faculty advisor and are unable to do so, you can contact the Transfer Student Success Center (TSSC). TSSC can assist you in getting pertinent academic information, a first semester class schedule, as well as working with you to get in touch with your faculty advisor.
Once you have determined your first semester classes, you should review the current class schedule for your beginning semester and identify the information for the classes you need, including the course reference numbers.
You will need to access Athens State Online from the link on the Athens State Web site. In Athens State Online, you can register for classes, pay tuition and fees, view books and course materials required for classes, pay for books and course materials, view student records, and access Degree Works.
