In this course, Joidon Jennings shares strategic, analytical steps to help you identify your top personal goals and dissect the truth behind the fears preventing you from achieving them. We will start by determining the why of your personal goals then identify the driving emotions attached to them and show you how to create a goal timeline. Joidon guides you through classifying your goal obstacles and explores how to reframe their narrative to your benefit. Lastly, Joidon helps you identify what’s most important to you, and provides specific strategies for achieving your goals, such as getting an accountability partner, making your intentions public, and more. She also helps you maintain your goals by sharing tips and techniques for turning your goals into habits.

The contents of the Workshop were developed under a grant from the Department of Education. However, those contents do not necessarily represent the policy of the Department of Education, and you should not assume endorsement by the Federal Government.

The event is free and open to the public.
