Upload the group’s membership roster spreadsheet containing student members full names and Athens State Email addresses and Student ID numbers AND upload the group’s current Constitution and Bylaws. If the group is affiliated with an inter/national or other local organization those governing documents must also be provided (ex. Honor Society Charters). Student groups are required to have at least 5 currently enrolled student members to maintain active status. (Honor Societies are given an exception to this rule but must be renewed each year PRIOR to any inductions.)
