Students by Phone: If you would like specific information about your financial aid by phone, be sure to have your Athens State Student ID ready to provide.

Students by Email: Email requests for information about your financial aid must come from your Athens State email address (@my.athens.edu). This helps safeguard your personal information.

Parents/Spouses/Others: If you would like specific information about a student’s account, you must be listed as an authorized individual on the student’s current “Consent to Release Education Records” form and provide the appropriate security answer.

Please note: Office hours are subject to change due to campus events and circumstances beyond our control. Most financial aid processing can be handled without a trip to campus. We recommend you confirm our hours before traveling long distances to the campus.
