Please mark your calendars for a series of events celebrating the induction of the 39th President of Athens State University.
Inauguration events begin April 23, and the concluding Investiture Ceremony will be April 25 from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m.

Presidential Investiture Ceremony RSVP

The Board of Trustees requests the honor of your presence to celebrate the Investiture of Dr. Catherine Wehlburg as the 39th President of Athens State University on Friday, April 25, 2025, beginning at 10:00 AM in Carter Hall. After the investiture ceremony, a closing reception will be held in the Sandridge Student Center Ballroom.

Institutional delegates, Athens State faculty, and other special guests are also invited to an Investiture Robing Ceremony. Please refer to the card included with your invitation for specific details.
