Achieving College Excellence and Success
Students and Parents

Students and Parents

The goal of ACES is to empower students with the knowledge, skills, and confidence they need to successfully navigate the college journey. We aim to guide students through every step of the process, from choosing the right college and submitting applications to managing their academic workload and securing the funding needed for their education. ACES is committed to providing resources and support that will help students overcome challenges, make informed decisions, and thrive in both their college experience and future careers. Ultimately, our mission is to ensure that every student is equipped to take on the opportunities and obstacles that come with pursuing higher education, setting them up for long-term success.

1.  Complete the ACES Program Registration Form.
2.  Upon completion, a link will be sent to your email address to complete the registrations process.
3.  Once the registration process is completed, you will have access to the ACES system.
4.  Access the training courses you wish to complete and begin learning.

The ACES training courses are designed to be easily accessible for all students. Since they are built using Articulate Rise 360, you can complete them on any computer, tablet, or smartphone with an internet connection. There’s no need to download special software—just use a web browser like Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge to log in and start learning.

Because the courses are designed for flexibility, minimal technical requirements are needed. A stable internet connection is recommended for the best experience, especially when watching videos or completing interactive activities. If you run into any issues, check that your browser is up to date or try switching to another browser.

If you have any technical questions or experience difficulties accessing the courses, the ACES support team is here to help!

For Schools and Guidance Counselors

For Schools and Guidance Counselors

These courses are specifically developed to support rural students, offering them access to resources and academic preparation. By participating, students gain valuable knowledge and skills that can enhance their college readiness and future success.

To meet our goal of helping students succeed in college, our ACES program offers schools the opportunity to enroll students in bulk, making it easier to integrate our college prep micro-trainings into existing curricula or specific college and career readiness requirements. Whether it’s for a dedicated course or as part of a broader educational initiative, our system provides schools with a free and seamless way to offer relevant, high-quality content that supports students’ academic and career development.

By enrolling students in bulk, schools can streamline the process of delivering valuable content while ensuring that every student has access to the tools they need to succeed in their post-secondary journey.

If you would like to register a group of students in bulk, please complete the following steps:

  1. Contact one of our ACES Staff Members.  Our staff will guide you through the rest of the process.
  2. Compile a list of students you would like to register.
  3. Once the registration process is completed, your students have access to the ACES system.
  4. Students can access the training courses they wish to complete and begin learning.

If requested, one of our staff members can also attend a course at your school to help students walk through the registration and initial access of the training system.

Any high school student is welcome to register for the ACES program. If you have a student that wishes to register and has NOT been included in a bulk registration process, have them complete the steps on the Student / Parents Enrollment page.
