The CORE Faculty Fellows program offers a comprehensive six-module curriculum designed to empower faculty members in higher education with the essential skills and knowledge to excel in research, innovation, and partnership development.

Through a series of interactive sessions, participants explore foundational principles of capacity-building, delve into innovative research practices, hone their academic writing and publication strategies, and navigate the intricacies of grant funding and professional development. Additionally, the program equips faculty with the tools to cultivate meaningful collaborations with industry partners, navigate intellectual property considerations, and foster a culture of innovation within their academic departments. By emphasizing evaluation and continuous improvement, participants emerge from the program with a personalized action plan to guide their ongoing professional development and drive impactful contributions to the academic community and beyond.
