Athens State specializes in helping transfer students complete their degrees.
Our courses begin at the 300-level and above, meaning that you need to complete some college credits to enroll. Once you’ve earned some credits, work experience, or your associate degree, we’ll work with you to put as much of your experience as possible toward your business management degree at Athens State.

Requirements
For degree-seeking students, Athens State requires:
- A minimum of 36 earned transferable semester hours
- Minimum 2.0 cumulative transfer GPA
- Minimum 15 hours applicable to general education requirements
- Eligibility to return to any of your past colleges or universities
