The emerging discipline of neuroscience is confirming ancient stress relief techniques. Using breathwork, gratitude, and other Small Powerful Practices ™ we will explore resilience strategies to cultivate inner and outer resources that allow us to prepare for and respond to all the things that everyday life throws at us, from extra homework to a global pandemic.
