Mystic Masks Halloween Party

You are cordially invited to participate in a night of ghoulish games and fiendish fun. Sigma Tau Delta proudly presents the Mystic Masks Halloween Party. This event is October 18 from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm.

Athens State University faculty, staff, and students are all encouraged to participate. Wear a costume or acquire a mysterious mask upon entry to hide your identity! Food and entertainment will be provided for all guests.

Participants must be 18 years or older to register.

We especially encourage all creative souls (faculty, staff, and students) to enter our Super Short Scary Story Contest! Write a horror story that is 300-800 words long. Judges will declare three winners (1st, 2nd, and 3rd places). Winners will then have the choice of either reading their story aloud at the party or having it read by someone else.  Submissions must be received by October 11th in order to be officially entered into the contest.  Submit your story to Benjamin Fouché at this email: bfouche@my.athens.edu. All winners will be notified via email.

There will also be a Horror Literature Trivia. If you’re an avid reader of horror literature and fiction, you may wish to participate. The winner will receive a ghastly prize!
