Do you charge late fees if I return my books after the due date?
Yes. Overdue fines are $0.10 per day for most books; $0.25 per day for reserve items and items from our “Bestseller” collection. Fines of $10.00 or more will result in academic sanctions and suspension of library privileges. Athens State University students’ grades will be held and they will not be able to register for classes until fines are cleared. In addition, students will be unable to add or drop classes, cannot graduate, or receive diplomas or transcripts until fines are cleared.
