Background

Jamie Adams studied painting and ceramics in college and later worked for a number of museums and non-profit art centers, including Artists Image Resource, an artist-run, print and imaging organization established to serve as a laboratory for artists, educators, and the community. AIR’s mission is to integrate the creation of fine art prints with educational programs that explore the role of the artist in contemporary culture.

Teaches

Jamie has taught for Athens State University at the Alabama Center for the Arts since 2019, where he oversees the studio arts program.
