Alpha Sigma Lambda is a national honor society that recognizes academically outstanding adult students in higher education who come together to celebrate scholarship and leadership. Student members are adult students engaged in balancing multiple responsibilities such as home, family, career, community, and education who have completed 24 hours at Athens State, are in the top 20% of their class, and have at least a 3.2 grade point average.
