I chose to come to Athens State not only because it is my mother’s alma mater, but because the University gave me the opportunity to pursue my goals at my own pace at an affordable price with all the help and support I needed.
I am currently the Components Lab Team Leader at Life South, but I plan to continue my education and get a Masters in teaching using the M.A.T. degree program at UAH. From there, I will start my journey becoming a secondary education math teacher.
Camille is on track to graduate in Spring 2022 with a Bachelor’s from her Individualized Degree Program and is a member of Athens State’s Black Student Union.
