What Teachers of Kennis Means to Me:
The Teachers of Kennis has given me an opportunity to move from a job to start a career that can make a difference to many children. It is a program that is built on selflessness and with our future in mind, the children. The program offers what we need to be leaders and help us with whatever it takes to be successful.
Carlos is a member of Teachers of Kennis, a grant-funded scholarship program designed to increase the number of men of color teaching in classrooms across Alabama.
