Athens State student ID cards are issued by the Security Office, located in the Security Office House across from Founders Hall, (256) 233-8222.
The University Testing Center is located at the corner of Clinton and Hobbs St.

The Student Financial Aid Office is located on the first floor of Sandridge Student Center directly across from Beasley Field.

- Unofficial transcripts from the college or university which verifies minimum qualifications for the position. Upon an offer of employment, official transcripts from all colleges and universities attended must be submitted. Continued employment is contingent upon receipt of all transcripts. Please see each vacancy notice for any variance of these requirements.
