During the COVID-19 outbreak, the Athens State Help Desk is unable to provide walk-in or live phone support to Students and Faculty. Please leave a voicemail or submit a ticket to receive support. The Help Desk coordinates technical support for students, faculty, and staff and provides assistance with computer accounts, passwords, software, and technical issues within Blackboard.

Requesting Assistance
Click the submit request button to generate a help desk ticket. The Help Desk will send all correspondence about the ticket to the requestor’s university-issued email account.

Many questions can be answered by using the Knowledgebase with 250+ articles and how-tos. These links will get you to information in the Knowledgebase specific to Students, Faculty, and Staff.
