Each spring, Athens State University recognizes students (from Summer 2025, Fall 2025 and Spring 2026) for Highest Scholastic Achievement and Outstanding Academic Achievement, as well as for excellent service in student activities and clubs.
The awards are presented in a ceremony held the Friday evening before the Spring Graduation ceremonies.

As guests of Lindsay Lane Baptist Church, we will respect the following:
- No food or beverages are permitted in the church sanctuary
- No balloons are permitted in the church sanctuary
