New Student Organization Form

Submit this form to request Athens State University official recognition for a new student club/organization (Registered Student Organization). This information is reviewed by the Director of Student Engagement in the Office of Student Activities, then shared with the Associate VP of Student Affairs and the Provost for final approval. Questions about the process should be directed to Amy Garrison, Director of Student Engagement.

Describe what the money will be used for (e.g. $10 to nationals for required membership and $5 to the club for programs and $5 for honor society regalia.)

Upload a spreadsheet of Charter Member Student Names and Athens State Email addresses ; student organizations must have at least 5, Club Sports at least 2, and Honor Societies at least 3. All must be currently enrolled students at Athens State.
