Testing Center Receives National Recertification

The National College Testing Association (NCTA) has awarded recertification to the Athens State University Testing Center. NCTA certification is based on a review of professional testing practices including testing integrity, confidentiality, training, evaluations, contracts, management, staffing, services, facilities, mission statement, and public relations.

Testing Center staff completed the 12 to 18-month review and site visit while implementing unprecedented safety and security measures during COVID. “We are very proud to maintain NCTA Certification while providing a safe testing environment,” stated Testing Center Coordinator, Trish Di Lullo.

“This certification symbolizes the high-quality testing services offered at Athens State University and the level of professionalism test takers can expect from Testing Center staff,” said Athens State’s Interim Provost, Dr. Jackie Smith. “We are proud to offer this service to our students and the community at large.”
